I worked on improving the website of Purrfectly Peppy Pet Veterinarian Hospital, which needed some enhancements. According to the feedback received from users, 30% found it difficult to use, 55% found it hard to navigate, 65% took more time to find what they were looking for, and 85% couldn't find the information they needed on the company's website. Based on this information, I learned about voice-of-the-customer (VOC) and how to analyze the feedback to make improvements.
After analyzing the feedback, I identified the top three areas for improvement, which are structure, navigation, and content. I believe that improving these three areas would make the website more efficient and user-friendly for the client and their audience. My goal was to ensure that this medical website is clear, straightforward, and organized.
To accomplish this, I used various web design tools such as wireframes, sitemaps, UX/UI, and Adobe XD. By using these tools, I was able to create a more accessible and user-friendly website for Purrfectly Peppy Pet Veterinarian Hospital.
Purrfectly Peppy Veterinary Hospital is dedicated to providing excellent veterinary care for our furry patients, while also being service-oriented for our clients.
